DESCRIPTION

We offer professional rebuilding and conversion services for your 1932-1938 Ford generator. Our experts can rebuild it to function with either the original 6 volt system or convert it to a modern 12 volt system to ensure optimal charging for your car. We also provide the option to rewire your generator with a voltage regulator, replacing the stock cut out, and effectively transforming it into a 2 brush generator like the later 1939-1953 models. This upgrade allows for the use of a traditional style voltage regulator.

If you do not have a generator, contact us and we may have a core for purchase.

*This service does not include service of your cut out. 

**All 12 volt conversions must be set up for voltage regulator.

1.) Download and print out a rebuild request form. Fill out the form completely. Be sure to include this form in the box when shipping your core to us. Download form now

2.) Add the rebuild service service to the cart and place your order for the service on our website. 

PLEASE NOTE: Standard rebuild includes the following new parts:

• Bushings
• Bearings

Any additional parts required will cost extra. You will be contacted with a quote before any non-standard repairs are made.
